Leon has participated in 3 Olympic games. As an elite athlete he’s trained 6 hours a day, 6 days a week, for over 22 years. He gives Yoga Sport Science valuable insights from the athlete’s perspective that inform the development and delivery of our techniques and support our students. As a practitioner and teacher Leon understands how Yoga can be easily integrated into an athlete’s training schedule, and used to minimize injury and maximize performance advantage.
As the author of Mentor – The Most Important Role You Were Never Trained For, Leon has written a book that gives a fascinating insight behind the scenes of elite sport. It outlines how to get the best from people, enabling them to overcome difficult challenges and maximize their potential.
